Through ritual photography and embodied practice, we create space for you to reconnect with your body, reclaim your sexuality, and see yourself outside the bullshit narratives you've been carrying.

This isn't about empowerment platitudes or Instagram confidence. It's about actual liberation—messy, honest, and yours

We're not here to make you look "empowered" in soft lighting. We're here to help you feel what it's like to stop performing—for the camera, for partners, for the version of femininity you've been told to embody.

I bring a unique perspective to retreat photography, drawing from my dual experience as both a coach and retreat host. This background allows me to approach each session with deep understanding.

I know the sacred container that retreat spaces hold and the delicate balance between documentation and presence.

My photography is rooted in embodiment and alignment. I don't just capture moments; I create space for authentic connection to unfold naturally and I understand when to step forward and when to step back, honuoring both the intimacy and the importance of capturing the essence.

The essence of photography to me is to capture a feeling, an expression or a moment and immortalise it in time, and this has always filled me with awe. Through my lens I have the opportunity to create landscapes of narratives carved over time—telling untold tales and sharing unique stories through the visual realm.

Photography, for me, is an act of witnessing. It's about seeing you—truly seeing you—and creating a container where that truth can emerge and be held with reverence.

My work is about creating an environment where you can connect to your most authentic expression, where your power, confidence, and true essence shine through—not just in your images, but in the experience of the photoshoot itself.

A 2-3 hour photography session that combines embodiment, coaching & true authentic expression.

I’m not here to make you look "empowered" in soft lighting. I’m here to help you feel what it's like to stop performing—for the camera, for partners, for the version of femininity you've been told is the only one.

The journey

Discovery Call

We talk about what you want from this. Not in vague terms like "confidence," but specifically: What do you want to feel different in your body? What are you tired of carrying? What version of yourself have you been suppressing?

We discuss logistics—location, what to wear (or not), what feels right for you.

The Session: 2-3 Hours

We work in a private luxury location. You bring multiple outfits if you want, or we keep it simple.

There's coaching woven throughout—somatic work, conversation, space to process what comes up. The shame, the self-consciousness, the impulse to make yourself smaller or prettier or more palatable. AND the liberation, the freedom, the joy!

That's the work. Not posing better. But noticing when you're performing and choosing something else.

The camera witnesses that. And so do you.

We meet again to go through your images. You choose 10 digitals and 1 print.

This isn't about picking the most flattering shots. It's about recognising yourself in ways you haven't before—powerful, soft, sexual, free, whatever's actually true for you in that moment
