For many of us, we have lost connection to the wisdom and knowledge of bodies, in a world that requires us to constantly “Be On” and from years of wearing masks and trying to fit our bodies and rhythms into a world that was not built to support us.

My combination of somatics, coaching, mentorship, the Dominatix archetype and body led self-expression offers a unique approach that feels real. connected and transformational.

Somatic practises, ritual, the Dominatrix archetype, cyclical living, and nervous system / intuition re-connection are combined together into a cohesive, grounded, uniquely tailored experience that doesn’t feel full off fluffy bullshit.
