For many of us, we have lost connection to the wisdom and knowledge of bodies, in a world that requires us to constantly “Be On” and from years of trying to fit our bodies and rhymes into a world that was not built to support us.

My combination of somatics, spirituality and body led self-expression offers a unique way of coaching that feels potent, authentic and restorative.

Somatic practises, ritual, the Dominatrix archetype, cyclical living, and nervous system / intuition re-connection are combined together into a cohesive, grounded, individual experience that doesn’t feel fluffy or too cerebral.
